Meet Our Team
Joe Smolarski, Sr.
Our founder, Joe Sr. started in the profession part time in 1961 and went full time upon graduating from high school. He worked in the industry his entire career and obtained his New Jersey Master Plumbers License on July 1st, 1978. Joe Sr. passed in 2022, and Joe Jr. continues his father's legacy.
Joe Smolarski, Jr.
Joe Jr. attended Ossi Vo-Tec Plumbing Course upon graduating high school. In June of 1984 he joined his father’s company and then served a five year apprenticeship under his father. In 1998, he received his New Jersey Master Plumber‘s License with top marks.
Roger (Billy) Lafountaine III
Billy is a Journeyman Plumber who has just completed his apprenticeship program and will be testing for his Master Plumber License in the near future. Billy is our "second in command", we're happy to have him as a part of our team.
William (Bill) Stillwell
Bill joined us last Spring. He is a Journeyman Plumber who has just completed his apprenticeship program and will be testing for his Master Plumber License in the near future. Bill has been a great addition to our team.
Kenneth Lafountaine
Kenneth is our our go-to guy and plumber helper.
Anthony Rocco
Anthony joined our team last July and is a plumber helper. Anthony is an Apprentice Plumber.
Andrew Smolarski
Andrew is the nephew of Joe, Jr. He's a seasonal employee when he's home from the University of Alabama/Birmingham where he attends college. He's a plumber helper.
